Jail Time

Kept appointment with Dr. Thomas T. Macejko. Appointment made on 3/10/04 after submitting medical request for blood test on 3/4/04. During visit to “Debbie” on 3/10/04 in the morning I mentioned my right eye had developed a blind spot. She looked at it, saw nothing, but recommended I make appointment with an ophthalmologist. I did, that afternoon with Macejko. Macejko and assistant examined me and Macejko said I had a blocked vein in my retina, and it was “50-50”, 50% stoppable, and 50% I would lose “usable” vision in my right eye. He indicated blocked veins may indicate hardening of veins, especially carotid artery and referred me to Dr. Brockman, a GP for testing of my veins. He also said a Dr. Krug should see me, but I can’t remember what for. Dr. Macejko’s secretary recorded appointments for me with Brockman on 3/15/04 at 10:30am and Dr. Krug on 10/18/04 at 2:30pm.
