Upside Down Forest (epoxy sculpture)
November 2012, 22x20x18, tree roots and small gravel in epoxy
While clearing out a hedge row in Woodstock, I pulled many sprouts of the hedge out of the ground, roots and all. I carefully washed the roots,
mounted them in small tubs of epoxy, then tranferred them in another epoxy layer to a stream bed showing proper sediment-sizes along stream meanders
