Science (Space)

Space and The Big Bang: Supposedly at the time of the Big Bang the whole universe was the size of what? An atom? Or did it have zero volume? The question is relevant to the issue of “where” the Big Bang occurred and is space itself expanding or only the matter-energy from the Big Bang. If the latter, into what is the expansion occurring? i.e is all energy expressible as momentum in a vacuum? Or is space itself expanding, then the size of atoms must be expanding also, or are they exempt, sort of like “c”.
