Faces in Womb
February 2001, 8½x11, pen on paper I "invented" these "parenthetical faces" (which are shown as a separate category on the Subject Index and in many forms on this site) during an art session while attending Day Hospital in McHenry, IL for bi-polar. Faces may be view upside down reversing open eyes and closed mouth. Later I discovered left or right parenthesis served the parathentical faces model
