Death                        Idea of Time

God’s House is not Divided: ISTMRN many people believe God wants to “clean out” evil, so as to create a house undivided with walls of faith, semi-permeable, to keep out the devil who would divide the house and let in the faithful.

They say, "God’s house has no sin in it, so bad things like murder and fornication are to be driven out, tarred and feathered, banished from the “now” as God wants. So, lordy, lordy, lordy, I have done such good works in your name and punished many sinners; give me life-everlasting. If that doesn't get me into heaven, I believe in you (and your son if in the west)".

Jesus says to me “you just divided your own house by recognizing battle between the devil and God, so you make impossible the very thing you say you pursue, a house undivided." Hypocrite, that’s one word! Lost opportunity, is another.

I think Lao Tzu, Jesus, Buddha, and the like are recommending a life based on “sufficiency”, just enough food and shelter to “get by”, because that’s enough to set the mind free. I find I am beginning to suspect Jesus (or rather his apparition in my mind) joins Buddha, Lao Tzu, David Hume (or their apparitions) in saying:

“Ever lasting life, eternal life is only possible right now, this instant, and the other infinite instants you will have until you die. Perhaps you will die the next instant of your eternal life. Eternity doesn’t exist for you in the future; it’s available now by recognizing each instant is an eternity to your ever-changing “self”, i.e. your soul."

I know, I know, not the standard interpretation of the sages of the ages.

                                                                                 Morality

Those who claim “tolerance” as one of their gods, should be very careful not to be “intolerant” of other people that don’t worship at the “tolerance” altar.   Aphorism 45

I have often heard, “No person is bad, they just do bad things”, to which I often reply, “I don’t see the difference.” ISTMRN when one says, “You as a good person are sinning in this instance”, one conjures the devil of that sin into the world, your world, the world of the person you say is good but sinful. Where do you conjure from? I think your heart, but many think from hell. God’s kingdom is not divided into heaven and hell, good and evil.
